When you send a table request, we receive your name, contact details, visit date, time, party size and any optional preferences you share. We use these details to manage and confirm your visit.
Storage and notifications
Requests are stored by the restaurant website. If Telegram notifications are enabled, the booking details are also sent to the restaurant’s configured Telegram chat. Only authorized team accounts can view requests in the administration area.
Your choices
Dietary details and comments are optional. To ask about your information or request its deletion, contact HPlace on WhatsApp at +62 811 3811 3911.
Cookies
This website uses a language preference cookie and a protected session cookie for team members. The site records anonymous page and button counts for up to 90 days. If enabled by HPlace and accepted by you, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and Meta Pixel measure visits and enquiries. Booking contacts and dietary notes are not sent to these tools.
